Only Respondent No. 1 is present in person.  It is 12 noon now.  Appellant is neither present on repeated calls nor files any reply to the show cause.  It appears that on the last occasion too, Ld. Advocate appearing on behalf of the Appellant did not file any reply to the show cause and sought for time to file the same.  The manner in which Appellant has conducted its case is a clear pointer of its disinclination to pursue with the present Appeal in a purposeful manner.  In such circumstances, we see no justification whatsoever to linger the matter any further.  Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
