Show cause is not filed.

The Ld. Advocate on record for the complainant submits that he has receive no instruction from his client since long.

It seems to us that the complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this case and it is next to impossible for this Commission to run the case with prolonged absence of the complainant. As such there should be an end to this.

From the record it appears that the complainant is not adduced any evidence. As the case should be dismissed for default.

Hence it is ordered that the case be and the same is dismissed for default.

Let plain copy be given to the parties, free of cost, as per CPR.
