This complaint is coming up before us for hearing on 15-10-2014, in the presence of complainant and Sri K. Sampath Reddy, Advocate for opposite party no.1 and opposite party no.2, and on perusing the material papers on record, and having stood over for consideration till this day, the Forum passed the following:

The complainant (petitioner) filed a memo informing that the opposite parties have paid Rs.1370/-. In respect of full and final satisfaction. Hence the matter stands closed as he is not pressing further.
