He has filed an application for revival of the matter which was earlier adjourned Sine-die inter alia on the ground that after the revival of the case he would withdraw the same so that it would be filed before the court of appropriate jurisdiction.  Accordingly, matter is revival to the original number.

At this stage, Ld. Counsel for complainant made statement seeking permission to withdraw the complaint with the liberty to file before the court of appropriate jurisdiction. Heard. Allowed. Complainant case is dismissed as prayed for.

Original document be returned to the complainant after retaining the photocopy of the same.
