Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Petitioner has moved M.A. No. 195/2014 for correction of figure of Rs.1,25,000/- by Rs.50,000/- in Para No. 2 of the order. Learned counsel for the petitioner filed typed copy of the impugned order in which by typographical error an amount of Rs.1,25,000/- was mentioned, it was repeated in the impugned order whereas certified copy of the order of the State Commission in Hindi mentioned Rs.50,000/- amount deposited by the petitioner. In such circumstances, we deem it appropriate to allow this application and make necessary correction in the order dated 11-02-2014 in Para No. 2 at Page No. 3 in 5th line Rs.1,25,000/- will be read as Rs.50,000/-. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
