                                                       ORDER              

The instant revision petition has been filed by Royal Enfield Limited against the order passed by learned District Consumer Commission, Kannauj dated 04-07-2023 in Complaint Case No. 66/2022 by which the learned District Consumer Commission has rejected the prayer of the opposite party to file the written statement after the period of 30 + 15 = 45 days.

In my view the impugned order passed by the District Consumer Commission rejecting the application of the revisionist dated 10-05-2023 is justified and is correct, however, it is open to the revisionist to file the evidence before the District Consumer Commission in support of its case.

Accordingly without entering into merits of the case the instant revision petition is disposed of.

            Let copy of this order be made available to the revisionist as per rules.

            The Stenographer is requested to upload this order on the website of this               Commission today itself.
