     Vide his separate statement recorded on 11.06.2024, Sh.Gaurav Sharma, Counsel for Complainant/DH has stated that he has received cheque for an amount of Rs.27,000/- bearing cheque No.083477 dated 03.05.2024 drawn on Axis Bank Ltd. in favour of complainant/DH from JDs through their counsel Sh.Kartik Parmod Goyal, Advocate, in full and final settlement. It has been further stated by counsel for complainant/DH that the complainant/DH does not want to proceed with the present execution application further and prayed that the same be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied and it be disposed of in Upbkhota Lok Adalat. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainant/DH, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
