Complainant and Opposite Party filed compromise dated 20.7.2016 today  which has been attested by this Forum on the same date.  Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, OP will refund Rs.12700/ - against full and final settlement within 30 days to the complainant. Complainant will return mobile with accessories.  Both the parties mutually decided the case and no more dispute is left between the parties.

As complainant has received a cheque of Rs. 12700/- from OP and he returned the old mobile and accessories hence case is settled. Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as per law and a copy be kept on separate file.  File be consigned to record room.
