            This Misc. case is filed against order dated 02-12-2015 passed in complaint case No. 166-2013 with prayer to restore the complaint  petition NO.-166/2013 in its original position.

            Perused the Record. The petitioner has annexed the order dated 02-12-2015 passed  in complaint petition No.66/2013.  He has prayed to restore the complaint petition No.-166/2013. As per observation of Hon’ble S.C. passed in the case of Rajiv Hitrendra Pathak V/s Achut Kashi Nath Karekar and another, civil appeal No.- 4307/2007 dated 19-08-2011, this forum has no power to review, recall or restore its own order. This case is pending for w.s. but no w.s. is required because this is misc. case. Since this court has no power to recall, review or restore its own order, so this misc. petition is dismissed.
