Today is fixed for hearing of this case.

The O.P. No.2 files hazira. The complainant and other O.Ps. are absent and no steps on their behalf, have been taken.

It is now 2:30 p.m. On repeated calls none appears from the side of the complainant. On scrutiny of the record it appears that this case is pending since 03.09.2013 and several opportunities were given to the complainant to adduce evidence in this case but till this date no evidence has been adduced by the complainant. The conduct of the complainant shows that he has lost his interest in this case. So, there is no alternative but to dismiss the case.
