Today is fixed for evidence by the parties.

The O.P. No.2 files hazira but no step taken by the complainant and other O.Ps. On repeated calls none appears from the side of the complainant.

It is now 3:30 p.m. On perusing the case record it appears that this case is pending since 03.09.2013 and in this case several opportunities including last & special opportunities were given to the complainant to make himself ready for hearing of this case but the complainant has failed to make himself ready for hearing. The conduct of the complainant shows that he has lost his interest in this case. So there is no alternative but to dismiss the case.
