It is now 4:00 p.m. On perusing the case record it appears that this case is pending since 03.09.2013 and in this case several opportunities including last opportunity were given to the complainant to make himself ready for hearing of this case but the complainant has failed to make himself ready for hearing of this case. The conduct of the complainant shows that he has lost his interest in this case. So there is no alternative but to dismiss the case.
