                        Complainant side is absent without any steps.

                        Opp. party is also absent without any steps.

 

                        Today the case is fixed for necessary order.                                                                                                                                                        Perused the case record.

On Perusal of the case recxord , it reveals that the complainant side has repeatedly sought adjournments since 16/02/2024, seeking time for cross examination and submission of further evidence. It is also noted that, on the last two scheduled dates i.e 03/07/2024 and 30/07/2024, both the complainant side and opp. party have been absent without any steps.

Given the absence of the complainant side for cross- examination and their failure to take necessary steps for the submission of further evidence, despite having been provided with sufficient opportunities, it is evident that the complainant side is not interested in proceeding with the case.

Therefore, in view of the aforementioned reasons, the complaint petition stands dismissed on default.
