According to office report dated 02.03.2023, steps for service of notice upon respondent No. 2 have not been taken by the appellant.

In the interest of justice, one opportunity is provided to the appellant.

Inspite of that, none has appeared on behalf of the appellant even today and no adjournment application has also been moved on behalf of the appellant.

It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed in default of the appellant.
