Shri S.L. Behera, President: - To day the case is fixed for disposal at 2^nd National Lok Adalat.  all the parties are present in person . The O.P.NO-1 and 2 agreed to repair the mobile hand set of the complainant and to provide a defect free mobile to the complainant subject to condition not to entertain any free service to the said mobile hand set  on which the complainant is also agreed.

Accordingly the case is disposed of. In form the parties as per rule.
