Complainant files hazira.  O.P. No. 1 also files hazira.  O.P. No. 2 also files hazira.  Fixed for hearing of the petition dt. 18.04.18 filed by the complainant.  Let the petition be registered as Misc. Case no. 26 of 2018.

            The Misc. Case is taken up for hearing.  The complainant stated that at the time of filing this case she had misconception that O.P. 2, the agent of MPS Greenery Developers Ltd. is directly involved in dealing with the schemes but now the Complainant has been informed that the O.P. 2 is not at all involved with the main grievance of this case and the sole responsibility lies upon O.P. No. 1.  Accordingly, the complainant prays for expunge the O.P. No.2 from this case.

            Ld. Lawyer for the O.P. No. 1 raised verbal objection.  However considering the fact and circumstances of the case the name of O.P. No.2, Smt. Dola Banerjee is expunged from the instant case.  Accordingly amend the cause title of the case.

            The Misc. Case no.26 of 2018 be and the same is thus disposed of.
