ORDER

     Vide his separate statement recorded on 16.07.2024, Col.Sabinder Virdi(Retd.),Complainant, has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and OP No.2 has installed the camera at his house to his satisfaction and he does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further and prayed that same be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied and it be disposed of in Upbhokta Lok Adalat. In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. 

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
