Heard advocate Mr.Manish for appellant. Appellant has also filed an application for condonation of delay of 10 days in preferring the present appeal. We have heard learned advocate for appellant and also gone through the contents of application. On going through the same, we feel that the grounds stated for delay are satisfactory and so the delay of 10 days in filing of appeal is hereby condoned. Appeal be taken on record. Appellant has also filed an application for grant of stay to the impugned order dated 20/09/2022 passed by the learned District Consumer Commission Gondia Appellant is ready to deposit the balance decretal amount. In view of the submissions made by the learned advocate for appellant stay is granted to the impugned order dated 20/092022 passed by the District Consumer Commission Gondia till reply and hearing on stay application provided the appellant deposits the balance decretal amount within a period of three weeks from today.
