This matter is placed before the Lok Adalat.

                 Learned  counsel   for the appellant is present on  V.C.

                 He submitted that they have already filed a memo as the matter has been settled amicably outside the Court.

                 In view of the memo, the matter is disposed of as withdrawn.

                  The memo is made part and parcel of this appeal.
