Final Order / Judgement

(Delivered on 28/06/2017)

PER SHRI B.A. SHAIKH, HON’BLE PRESIDING MEMBER.

None is present for the appellants.  Perusal of the record and proceeding of the appeal  shows that  though  the appeal   was filed  as back on 07/02/2013, the appellants   have not  removed  the office objection  recorded  by the Registrar (Legal) till this date.  This Commission  issued   notice dated 06/02/2017 by Registered Post A.D.  to both the appellants  directing  them  to  remove the said office objection within 15 days and further informed  them  that   in case  of default  the appeal will be placed before the Circuit Bench for appropriate order.  The similar notice  is also displayed  on notice board of this Commission on 03/02/2017.  Notices issued to both the appellants  have been also  duly served  as  seen from  two   acknowledgement  received  duly signed  by the appellants.

The Registrar (Legal) reported on 12/05/2017 that  office objections  are not removed  by the  appellants. Despite service of notices the appellants neither  appeared before this Commission  nor removed  those office objections. Therefore, the appeal deserves to be dismissed in default.  Accordingly it is dismissed in default.
