Today is fixed for admission hearing i.d necessary order would be passed. Ld. Advocate for the complainant has filed a petition for time on the ground for medical treatment of his mother.

On calls neither the complainant nor the Ld. Advocate is available to move the petition. On 06.03.2020 the Ld. Advocate took an adjournment on the ground that he was out of station. Under the above circumstances, it would not be proper and justified to make an adjournment. As such the petition so filed for time is hereby rejected.

Perused the complaint and Xerox copy of document. It appears that the complainant purchased an MPOS device from the O.P for commercial purpose and there is no whisper as to whether that machine is defect or not. Considering the document filed by the complainant as a whole there is no prima facie case at all to attract the provision of Consumer Protection Act 1986.

Hence, it is
