JUDGEMENT

The complainant Shri Brijesh Singh has filed a complaint against  M/s. Prakash Auto Deals, S-222, Pandav Nagar Complex, Nala Service Road, Opp. Akshardham Mandir, Delhi – 110 092 (OP-1) and M/s. Parbas (Proprietor of Prakash Auto Deals), Vill. Madhia, Post Bhatolia, Thana-Kotva, Distt. Purve, Champaran Motihari, Bihar (OP-2), praying for issue the NOC of the vehicle bearing No. FL-IR J 3637, compensation of          Rs. 80,000/- on account of harassment, mental agony and pain and       Rs. 15,000/- as litigation cost.
