2.         Nokia Care Centre, SCO No.66, Ist Floor, Sector 7, Panchkula, through its Manager.

3.         Nokia India Pvt. Ltd. 4-F, Tower A & B, Cyber Green, DLF Cyber City, Sector 25-A, Gurgaon through its Manager.

                        ORDER

1.                     Parties appeared and the complainant has made statement, which is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.Vinod Garg s/o Sh.Mohinder Pal Garg, R/op H.No.12, Bank Colony, Manimajra, UT Chandigarh.

 

I have received a total sum of Rs.5600/- (Rs.5000/- by way of cheque No.844165, dated 18.3.2011 in my favour and Rs.600/- in cash) as the decretal amount with interest as per the order dated 16.9.2010 passed by this Forum. I have also received my mobile phone in question from the OP No.1 & 2 after making it functional. The present execution application stands satisfied and hence I withdraw my execution application”   

 

 

2.                     In view of the statement made by the complainant, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied.

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
