Final Order / Judgement        Learned Counsel for the Appellant and Respondent No. 1 are present.          In pursuance to order dt.18-04-2023 learned Counsel for the Appellant paid cost of Rs. 3000/- to the learned Counsel for the Complainant/Respondent No. 1 and learned Counsel for the Complainant/Respondent No. 1 filed a memo with this regard which is kept in record.          Learned Counsel for the Appellant  filed a memo stating :          "As agreed by both the parties, the appellant are hereby handing over the D.D. worth Rs. 15,000/- vide No. 518517 dt 21.04.2023 to the Respondent/Complainant as the full and final amount towards settlement of the disputes amongst the parties".           Memo be kept in record.           Learned Counsel for the Appellant also filed a copy of D.D No. 518517 dt. 21-04-2023 amounting to Rs. 15,000/- issued in favour of Complainant and the same D.D. has been received by the learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1/Complainant.            In view of such fact, the present appeal is disposed of  in terms and conditions of the memo.            Send back the DFR.             Statutory amount may be refunded to the Appellant  on proper  identification.
