          This order is arising out of the MA being no 311/2018 in the CC no- 353/2017 filed by the complainant praying for amendment in the address of OP 4 and 6in the cause title of the complaint.

          It is stated by the complainant that inspite of service of notices upon the OPs at the given addresses notices could not be served. Subsequently the complainant got knowledge about the current address of the OP 4 and 6 i.e. OP 4- 3^rd floor, Flat 404, 2/79 HLD- 87, Dumdum Road, LP- 32/6/7 Kolkata- 700074 and the address of the OP 6- 3^rd floor, flat 403, 2/79 HLD- 87, Dumdum Road, LP- 32/6/7 Kolkata- 700074.

          The complainant is directed to file  the amended complaint showing the amendment in the address of the OP 4 and 6 by the next date.

          In view of the above the MA filed by the complainant being no- 311/2018  is hereby allowed on contest without any cost.

          Fix  17.04.2019  for filing amended complaint by the complainant showing the abovementioned amendments in the addresses of the OP 4 and 6 in the cause title of the complaint and showing expunging the name of the OP 1.

Let plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per the provision of the CPR, 2005.
