        The appellants as well as respondents and their respective counsel are absent. On last date it was directed to issue notice to the appellants as well as the respondents. Accordingly, the notice was issued but no report is received. Hence, matter is kept back.

     L/o Matter was recalled at 2.35 p.m. but nobody turned up for the appellants as well as respondents. 

       On perusal of the office copy of the notice, it reflects that it was issued on the correct address of the appellants as well as respondents as shown in the appeal memo. Therefore, it will have to be presumed that the parties are served with the notice. But nobody appeared today.

     Hence, the appeal is dismissed in default.

        No order as to cost.

       Copy of this order be supplied to the parties.
