Appeal has been restored by the order. Both the parties are ready before us to hear the judegement.It appear from the list dates by the Respondent that on 18/10/2005 “Appellant supplied the certified copies after expiry of one month but the documents have been given to the Respondent the Appeal stands disposed of. Appellant submits that he has paid the cost of Rs.200- to the Ld. Lawyer to the Respondent. The Ld. Lawyer for the Respondent and it’s the receipt of the Rs.200/-.The appeal is therefore disposed of a accordingly.
