Complainant absent.  No representation for the complainant.  Opposite party also absent.  As the complainant has not  turned up when the case is posted for trial in the list, we are of the view that the complainant is not interested in adducing oral evidence.  The documents produced along with the complaint are only unattested photocopies which cannot be accepted without examining the complainant.  There is absolutely no evidence.  Hence the complaint is only to be dismissed.

In the result complaint stands dismissed.

          No costs.
