Under instructions learned counsel for petitioner states that although as per loan agreement, a sum of Rs. 20, 11,683/ is payable by the respondent-complainant towards the balance amount of the interest and penal interest, the Petitioner in order to settle the matter has decided to charge only a lump-sum of Rs.10,58,000/- from the respondent- complainant, if the amount is paid within four weeks from today. Offer is acceptable to the respondent-complainant, who is present in the court. His statement has been recorded separately. In view of the statement given by learned counsel for the petitioner and the settlement reached between the parties, the present revision petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondent-complainant to pay a sum of Rs. 10,58,000/- to the petitioner in full and final settlement of the loan agreement, within forty five (45) days from today, failing which amount shall carry interest @14% P. A.
