Ld. Advocate for the applicant and ops are found ready.

Heard and considered submission.

After examining the materials of the case record it is found that there is prima facie case and so the case is admitted.

As the ops already have served copy of the M.A. application, there is no necessity of serving notice upon them.

As per submission of the ops of this M.A. case they are not intending to file W/O and ld. District Commission may accept the W/V and allow the prayer for setting aside the ex parte order.

Considering the submission of the ld. Advocates of the ops and as the W/V has been filed on the specified day after passing of the first portion of the order, let the order of ex parte hearing be set aside and W/V which is filed be accepted.

In the light of the observation made above the M.A. case is disposed of.
