Per Sri A. Hazarath Rao,  President:-

                Complainant absent when called during call work.  The opposite parties present and reported ready.  Hence, the matter is passed over.  Again taken up after lunch.   The complainant called absent. Opposite parties present.  This Forum adjourned the matter on earlier occasions though the complainant was absent and no representation being made as CP Act is a beneficial legislation.  It therefore appears to us that the complainant has no interest in prosecuting the case.  Hence, dismissed.  No costs.
