ORDER

          Vide his separate statement recorded on 19.11.2024, ld. Counsel for the DH/complainant stated that he has received a cheque No.002473 dated 23-11-2024 drawn on HDFC Bank of Rs.38,200/- favouring DH/complainant from ld.Counsel for the JD towards full & final settlement of the decree/award passed by this Commission and modified by Hon’ble State Commission, UT, Chandigarh and therefore, he withdraws the present execution application as fully satisfied, subject to clearance of said cheque and it be disposed of in upcoming National Lok Adalat

2]        In view of above, the present execution application stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied, subject to clearance of cheques, aforementioned, with liberty to avail legal remedy permissible under law, in case of dishonouring of said cheque.

          Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
