            Both parties states that they have settled the matter amicably for an amount of Rs. 11,800/- as full and final settlement for which Complainant is also agreed. OP is directed to make the payment within 30 days from today.

The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
