ORDER   Per Shri P. N. Kashalkar, Presiding Judicial Member.                      This appeal has been filed by the appellant u/s 27-A of C.P.Act against the order passed by the District forum, Nagpur in EA-50/10. After hearing the matter, we find that, the appeal as filed by the appellant is not tenable u/s 27-A. The appeal can be filed only against the ultimate order of the sentence passed u/s 27 of Consumer Protection Act. Except such order no other order can be appellable u/s 27-A.  Therefore, there is no substance in the appeal. Hence we pass the following order. ORDER                    1.       Appeal is dismissed. 2.          No order as to costs. 3.          Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
