Case called out. Complainant and opposite party no.2 are present through Counsel. The Learned Counsel for the complainant has made an endorsement on the order sheet that, the complainant has received a sum of Rs.30,000/- and she does not wants to press the present complaint. A compromise application was also filed on 05/04/2019 regarding disposal of the present complaint on the basis of compromise. Since, the complainant does not want to press her complaint therefore, there is no justification for further proceedings in the present complaint case. The present complaint is dismissed as not pressed. Both the parties shall bear their own costs. Let record be consigned.
