Case called out. Both the parties are present. Complainant is present in person and opposite party is present through Counsel. The complainant has moved an application for dismissal of the present complaint on the ground that, he has received a cheque of Rs.17,000/- from the opposite party in full satisfaction of his claim and both the parties have entered into compromise therefore, he does not want to prosecute this complaint. This application is not opposed by the opposite party. The complainant has made an endorsement to this effect on the margin of the order sheet also. In view of the above, there is no justification for further proceedings in the present case. This application is allowed and the present complaint is dismissed. Both the parties shall bear their own costs.
