Called out. Appellant’s counsel Mr. Ganga Prasad and Respondent’s counsel Mr. Raje Bhasin are present.

The appellant’s  counsel stated that he has moved a substitution application to made the LRs of the appellant as party in the appeal.

We have seen the death certificate in which the date of death has been mentioned as 25.6.2022 and this application has been moved on 22.11.2022.

The required application has not been moved in time which shows that the appeal has already been abated suo- moto as per law.

Hence, consign the appeal to the record-room.
