Case called out. Both the parties are present through their Learned Counsel. We have heard the Learned Counsel for both the parties on the application dated 18/04/2018 filed by the complainant for final disposal of the present case with direction to the opposite parties for expeditious disposal of his insurance claim. The Learned Counsel for the opposite party has filed objection against this application and requested for imposition of cost. It appears from the perusal of the entire record that, the complainant has filed premature complaint before this Forum and that is why, he has moved application dated 18/04/2018. Having considered the entire facts of the present complaint, we are of the opinion that, the application dated 18/04/2018 should be allowed with direction to the opposite party to dispose-off the insurance claim of the complainant expeditiously. This application is allowed accordingly and the opposite parties are directed to expedite the insurance claim of the complainant expeditiously soon after receipt of the documents required for disposal of claim. With this direction, the present complaint is disposed-off finally. Both the parties shall bear their own costs. Let record be consigned.
