01.   The opposite party in-person appeared and submitted that, as per the instructions of this Commission on 11.08.2023 he had purchased the individual electricity meters from BESCOM and filed copy of tax invoice and letter issued by the BESCOM.  Further   submits that, transfer of BBMP Khatha was also obtained and the same was enclosed and so also he paid BBMP Tax and copies were also submitted.   Although this commission directed the complainant to sit with all the owners of the apartments to sort-out the disputed issues, however, as on the day complainant is not ready to come for discussions. In such circumstances he requested for dismissal of the complaint on the ground that, he had fulfilled all the instructions as per directions of the Commission. 

02.   Perused the copies of the Tax invoice and the letter dated: 21.03.2018 issued by the BBMP produced by the opposite party.  Accordingly we are of the opinion that, the allegations raised by the complainant in the consumer complaint against the opposite party was fulfilled and we are of the opinion that, there is no need to proceed further in the matter and hence the matter needs to be closed and accordingly we proceed to close the consumer complaint with no order as to costs.
