ORDER

The proposed opposite party has appeared and submitted that he is ready to settle the claim of the complainant, and submitted that he has accepted the offer to the complainant to replace the damaged bed with anew one. The complainant who is in person submits that since the proposed opposite party has agreed to replace the damaged bed with a new one, the complaint be closed. In view of the above submission, we find that the second opposite party needs to be brought on record as he ahs no objection for impleading him as one of the opposite parties and who has agreed to replace the damaged bed today itself. With this, we pass the following order: ORDER 1. The second opposite party shall replace the damaged bed with a new one and both parties are directed to bear their own costs. With this the complaint is disposed of accordingly. 2. Give a copy of this order to both the parties
