                   Perusal of record reveals that this revision petition was filed way back in the year, 2021 and despite availing repeated opportunities no one bothered to appear on behalf of petitioner and this revision has been lingering for preliminary arguments only. Today again, no one has been come forward to represent the petitioner. This shows perhaps the petitioner does not keen to continue with the present revision petition. As such, present revision petition stands dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to records.
