                    This execution is pending since 2009 and pertains to the order dated 18.09.2003 passed by this District Forum in complaint No. 274 of 1995.  As per the report of Assistant the JDs could not be served for want of correct address.  The DH since the filing of the present execution and till date has availed a number of opportunities but has failed to furnish the correct address for service of the JDs.  Taking into account the facts of the case and the failure on the part of DH to comply with the orders of this District Forum, the execution petition is dismissed in default. File be consigned to the record room.
