 The authorized person of constituted power of attorney of the Complainant   Mr. J.J. Samtani is present.  He filed withdrawal pursis of complaint signed by the constituted power of attorney of the Complainant Smt. Sulochana G. Ahuja. The Advocate for the other side i.e. Opposite Party Shri. Anand Gawand has given no objection for withdrawal of the complaint.  Hence, the complaint is allowed to be withdrawn for want of prosecution with no order as to cost.
