This is a complaint filed under section 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the matter stood over to this date for consideration.After hearing the matter thecommission passed an order as follows:

This complaint is filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service.  After admitting the complaint notice was issued to opposite parties.  After accepting the notice the opposite parties failed to appear before this Commission on the date fixed to appearance of opposite parties.  Hence on 09/11/2021 opposite parties was declared ex parte and posted the proof affidavit of complainant.  As the complainant was continuously absent, a notice was issued to complainant to appear before this Commission.  After accepting the notice from this Commission the complainant failed to appear today before this Commission.  

                        In the result complaint is dismissed for default.  There will be no order as to cost.

A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.

Dictated to the Confidential Assistant, transcribed by her, corrected by me and pronounced in the Open Court, this the 20th day of July,  2022.
