ORDER

Judgment/Order:

The complainant obtained a postal life insurance policy from the opp. party which was matured on 31^st Dec 1994. Inspite of the fact that the complainant submitted the passbook as well as other documents well in advance in march 1994 but the opp. party failed to make the payment till may 1995. So this complaint.

On serving the notice for hearing, both the parties solved the case out of the court. The complainant recieved the full amount of the policy in July 1995. With this the complainant withdrawn his case anad the forum accepted accordingly. Case disposed off.
