ORDER

The complaint is allowed. The o.p. is directed to sanction the loan applied for by the complainant in accordance with Clause 3 of the instructions issued on the reverse-page of the loan application. It shall pay a compensation of Rs.5,000/- to him along with a cost of Rs.500/-. This order shall be carried out within a period of 30 days from the date of its receipt by the o.p. failing which the complainant is at liberty to take out execution proceedings and recover the entire amount due to him.
