ORDER

Called out. Both the sides are present. Heard them. The complainant has been paid the surrender value of the policy and the policy is discontinued with effect from 30.06.1992. However, certain premium amounts deducted by the pay disbursing officer towards premium even after the date of surrender amount due to the complainant. The assistant Superintendent of post offices Sri. M.S. Prabhu submits that all the outstanding amounts will be paid to the complainant. The o.p. shall refund the entire amount due to the complainant within a period of one month.
