Complaint is allowed. O.P. NO.1 to 3 are directed to pay damages of Rs.500/- to the complainant within period of two months from the date of receipt of this order, failing which the amount shall carry interest at the rate of 18% p.a. from such date till the payment. Parties to bear costs. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to both parties under COP.
