ORDER

After arguing the matter at some length, Mr. Sanjoy Kumar Ghosh prays that the complaint may be returned to the complainant for presentation before the competent State Commission having jurisdiction after reducing the claim / relief to the extent of Rs. 1 crore. The complaint is accordingly ordered to be returned to the complainant with liberty to file the same before the State Commission after making the requisite amendment within a period of 30 days from today. On request of Mr. Ghosh, we direct that amount of Rs.5,000/- deposited with this Commission in the complaint shall be refunded to the complainant. Complaint stands disposed of.
