Today is fixed for Admission Hearing. The Complainant is present. Heard the Complainant. The case of the Complainant in short is that:- The Complainant had purchased Kishan Vikas Patra from the O.P. but the same was lost. Immediately he made complaint with the O.P. and aksed for issuance of duplicate copy of the Kishan Vikas Patra. He did everything as was guided by the O.P. but till date the O.P. denied to issue duplicate Kishan Viaks Patra in favour of this Complainant. From the materials on record we find that in respect of the lost Kishan Vikas Patra the Complainant made G.D.E No. 713 dated 16..07.2016 with O/C Suti P.S. So the cause of action arose on or near 16.07.2016 the case was filed on 07.02.2023. The case is barred by limitation and as such the instant complaint case is not required to be admitted and as such the instant case is liable to be dismissed. Hence, it is ORDERED that the instant case bearing no. CC/14/2023 be and the same is not admitted and as such it is dismissed on the point of limitation. Let plain copy of this order be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties / Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand /by post under proper acknowledgment as per rules, for information and necessary action.
